What parts do you use?

We use Manufacturer and OE quality parts and lubricants, and give customers the choice based on their budget requirements. All parts are to manufacturer specifications. For added reassurance we guarantee all parts and labour for a year.

I have a service pack, can I still benefit from using your services?

Yes, quite often with manufacturer service packs, only certain basic service items and elements are covered.

Please check your documentation, and you may find that your brake pads and discs are chargeable items for example, tyres and other consumables may also be excluded.

We can help save you money, and can provide manufacturer OE quality items, at lower prices for any excluded serviceable items that you may require.

Who will be working on my car?

Our technicians are all in-house full time members of staff and we do not out-source any vehicles for work that we undertake.

Technicians are experienced to at least NVQ Level 2, and are from a dealership/franchised chain background on the main. All work is quality checked, and each technician is held accountable for their own work to ensure quality and service levels are maintained to the highest of standards. You can view the work that is being carried out on your car from our waiting room.

What Oil will you use in my car when it comes in for it's service with you?

We ONLY use branded and manufacturer recommended Oils, and we carefully match the grade and oil types that we use.

We will specially order in any model specific Oils which we may not have in stock, for specialist performance vehicles for example.

Will you stamp my book and wash my car?

Yes we stamp every service book, and keep a record of works that have been carried out. We also have access to most newer online servicing records, but please do call us and check for your car if you have any other questions.

All booked services and repairs are provided with a complimentary wash & vacuum on completion, prior to returning the car to you.

We offer further in depth Valeting & Detailing services and can provide a quotation on request

Will you reset my service light?

Yes on completion of a routine service or repair. We will clear and reset any associated service lights or warning lights. We have all the relevant tools and diagnostic equipment to carry out this task for the majority of makes and models.

My car is under warranty, can I use your services?

Yes, since the introduction of the 'Block Exemption Laws' in 2003, provided your vehicle is maintained strictly to manufacturer guidelines, we can service your car and your warranty will remain in tact.

We use Manufacturer databases to ensure that we follow the Manufacturers recommendations completely, to ensure your vehicle warranty will not be effected by our Services.

I have an online service book, can you update that for me after completing a service on my car?

Yes, we have access to all Manufacturer based online service databases. We can update the details on your vehicle records as required, for future reference.

How much do you charge and what is your hourly rate?

Our headline hourly rate is £87.20 + VAT.

Our MOT's are priced at just £15.00, our fixed price services are competitively priced and start from only £75.00 dependant on vehicle and engine size. We can even provide an alignment report on your car completely FREE OF CHARGE, and will also complete a Vehicle Health Check (VHC) on any vehicle for free.
